Billing, credits, plan fit, and what trust checks include.
Credits cover trust checks, saved receipts, and NEUS Hosted AI on Pro. Hosted sign-in does not use credits. If you connect your own model key, chat does not debit NEUS credits — they stay available for checks and receipts.
No. Redirecting users to NEUS for passkey, wallet, or OAuth sign-in does not use credits. Credits apply when a trust check runs, a receipt is saved, or Pro hosted AI is used.
No. NEUS works with work accounts, domains, social accounts, content, person checks, assistants, protected API access, and partner flows. Wallet checks are optional.
Each plan includes monthly credits that renew on your billing cycle. Use them for verification, access checks, receipt creation, and hosted assistant work.
Buy prepaid credit packs when you need more volume. Where metered billing is enabled, usage can continue after the monthly pool is exhausted.
Self-serve plans use card billing. Enterprise agreements may support invoice or treasury payment.
